Movie Review:

Armstrong (Sean Patrick Flannery) teams up with the FBI whose job is to seek a mass murderer targeted Armstrong. Armstrong’s role is to track down a mass murderer.  It is seen that this film is a race against time as the mass murderer communicates with Armstrong via telephone in a shock negotiation. Armstrong has initially three minutes to negotiate and decide what happens, before a bomb threat. Only the mass murderer's lower face is seen when he is communicating.

The beginning of this film was interesting and varied, it starts very quickly and the plot is drawn up very early in the film. It is a good detailed and well presented movie with interesting settings, shock style dialogue between the mass murderer criminal and to Armstrong. Within the main setting at an early stage there are co stars of the film who play good roles. Unfortunately the target in this is murder attempt is a beautiful innocent blond haired female hostage (Peggy Ann o’Neal), who is seen with blood around her face and is gagged and standing against a pillar post. It certainly is a film not for the feint hearted.  The film then moved to a new scene, which was eight years later and I found somewhat strange to understand. Part of the film is that Armstrong must try and save the innocent lives that appear in this movie to try and find out his identity.

In a bar eight years later Armstrong meets a Mexican woman Isabel (Carmen Serano) who is an FBI agent. Armstrong acting was interesting and varied and Isabel is a stunning looking woman who acted well. I found there initial meeting at a Mexican bar a bit frustrating.  Isabel wants to use Armstrong as a consultant in the FBI work. Certainly I found Armstrong a bit hard to understand as he drank many shots of whisky, only for the director to include flashback scenes of what happened eight years ago which in some way inspired  way and then he begins his journey to Albuquerque.
